● Tickets for the Alishan Railway/main line can be reserved starting 14 days before the date of travel. If you are unable to make a reservation, a full refund or a change to the private vehicle option will be provided. ● On Mondays, the National Palace Museum South Branch is closed, so the itinerary will be changed to a tour of Chiayi City (Huiyi Village and Beimen). ● Alishan is approximately 2,216 meters above sea level, mainly located in a mountainous region known for its famous sunrise viewing. Due to this elevation, temperature changes can be significant, and there is a possibility of altitude sickness, so please take caution. ● This is a private tour, and a minimum of two participants is required to book. If you wish to join as a single participant, you will need to pay for two people. ● If the number of participants is less than two, the tour may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding. ● Accommodation is generally arranged for two people per room. If three people participate, it may be a four-person room. Depending on the hotel, there may be options for a room with three or four people. ● Breakfast is not limited to the hotel; arrangements may be made at restaurants outside the hotel. ● Additional orders for menu items or drinks will incur extra charges, which should be paid on-site. ● If you wish to leave the tour early, please inform your guide and sign the departure form. Refunds or reductions in tour fees will not be provided for early departures due to personal reasons. ● Infants (under 2 years old) are not provided with meals or seats. ● Please bring personal items according to your needs, such as water, an umbrella, necessary medications, sunscreen, and cold-weather clothing. ● This tour includes travel liability insurance (2 million TWD) and medical insurance (100,000 TWD).
