- Voucher will be sent via email. Please show your e-voucher at designated location.
Purchase Notice
- Dress appropriately for inspections or business meetings.
- If there are specific requirements for media interviews or photography coordination, please inform us in advance.
- Please provide information on the purpose, duration, and number of participants for the media or filming activities.
- Inform us about the inspection destinations in advance. Travel expenses for the interpreter may apply.
- The fees include transportation costs. If overnight stays outside of Taipei City are required, accommodation costs will be additional.
- Please provide meeting materials as much as possible in advance.
- Any additional costs, such as transportation, admission fees, and meals, will be borne by the customer, including the interpreter’s share.
- Translation of documents, creation of reports, and organization of online meetings will incur extra charges. Please consult with us in advance to confirm availability.
- English + Japanese-speaking guides are limited in number, so arranging them may be difficult.
- We can also arrange simultaneous interpretation equipment, sound systems, and video equipment.
- We kindly ask that customers do not ride in vehicles driven by Japanese interpreters.
- In addition to local coordination, we also handle interpreter services, vehicle arrangements, accommodations, and meals. Feel free to consult with us.

30 days to 15 days before the start of the trip: Cancellation fee is 20% of the travel cost. 14 days to 8 days before the start of the trip: Cancellation fee is 50% of the travel cost. 7 days or less before the start of the trip**: Cancellation fee is 100% of the travel cost.
Please note: If the cancellation request is made on the business operator's holiday or after business hours, the cancellation will be processed on the next business day.
If the trip is canceled after it has started or in the case of no-show without prior notice, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the travel cost.
