• The vehicle and guide are not exclusive to your group. If you wish to shorten the time at any sightseeing spots, the use of the vehicle and guide may not be available.

Vehicle Types:

• For 2 participants: Sedan
• For 3 to 6 participants: 9-seat van

Child Seat Requirements:

• Children under 4 years old or weighing less than 18 kg must use a child seat.
• One child seat is provided free of charge; additional seats incur a rental fee of NT$500 each.

Guide:

• A Japanese-speaking guide will accompany you throughout the entire tour.

Sky Lantern Experience:

• The sky lantern experience is available for 2 to 4 people per lantern. It is not possible to have one lantern per person.

• Please provide the following details when booking: your name, date of birth, and passport number.

●Please book this activity for a minimum of 2 participants. ●Tours may be canceled if the number of participants is fewer than 2. ●The guide will travel from Taipei by car and accompany you throughout the tour. Wear comfortable walking shoes as some areas can be hazardous. ●Dress in convenient clothing suitable for long periods of walking. ●Climbing to the top of Elephant Nose Rock is prohibited due to safety risks. ●There are no safety barriers, and any accidents are entirely at your own risk. ●Meals included in the tour may be served on large platters, in accordance with the typical style of Taiwanese restaurants. ●Additional menu items or beverages ordered separately will incur extra charges. ●If you wish to leave the tour early, please inform the guide on the day and sign the departure form. Please note that no adjustments to the tour fee will be made for early departures. ●Infants (under 2 years old) will not have meals or seating provided. ●Please bring personal items such as water, umbrellas, medications, sunscreen, or cold-weather clothing as needed ●To ensure the quality of the tour and respect the rights of other participants, please avoid bringing pets on the tour. ●Travel insurance coverage includes: Travel liability insurance of 2 million TWD, medical insurance of 200,000 TWD, travel accident insurance of 2 million TWD, and medical insurance of 200,000 TWD. Please provide necessary information at the time of booking. (Insurance costs are included in the tour fee.) ●The tour schedule may be altered or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, or other factors. ●Refunds will not be provided for changes or cancellations due to natural disasters, war, riots, or flight cancellations/delays. ●Tours cannot be joined on the day of arrival in Taiwan. ●Reservation confirmations may be delayed until after weekends, Taiwanese public holidays, or the Lunar New Year period. ●The order of sightseeing may be adjusted based on the day's conditions. Please use the sightseeing times as a general reference.
