・Departure times are between 07:00 and 14:00. When making a reservation, please be sure to include your "departure time" and "pickup location (hotel name, address, or airport name)." ・For insurance purposes, please provide the following information for all guests: "Full name (in Roman letters)," "passport number," and "date of birth" in the user information section. ・Don’t forget to include your "contact information (mobile phone number or LINE ID)." ・If you are bringing a stroller or suitcase, please note this in the remarks section in advance. ・Children under 4 years old or weighing 18 kg or less are required to use a baby seat or child seat. The first seat is free, but there will be an additional charge of NT$500 per seat for any additional seats. If you need a child seat, please inform us at the time of booking and note it in the remarks section (cash should be paid directly to the guide on-site). ・Pets are not allowed. ・Airport pickup sign service is available. ・Pickup locations are limited to Taipei/New Taipei City, Songshan Airport, and Keelung Port. ・We can provide pickup from restaurants or sightseeing spots in Taipei/New Taipei City, in addition to hotels. ・You will be covered by travel liability insurance of NT$2 million + medical insurance of NT$100,000, and travel accident insurance of NT$2 million + medical insurance of NT$200,000. Important Booking Information
Please note that the charter service is limited to areas within Taipei City. Additional fees will apply for destinations outside Taipei (such as Jiufen, Shifen, Yehliu, Tamsui, Sanxia, Yingge, Hsinchu, etc.).
For Jiufen sightseeing on weekends and holidays, a shuttle bus transfer will be necessary, and the shuttle bus fare will be the responsibility of each guest.
All seats, including the front and rear, are required to wear seat belts. Failure to comply will result in a fine, which will be the responsibility of the passengers.
Highway tolls and parking fees are included in the service fee; however, meal expenses must be paid by the guests.
For uses other than sightseeing (such as inspections), an additional 10% fee will apply (please pay this amount in cash directly to the guide on-site).
