Enjoy a tailored itinerary to suit your needs. ・Due to Taiwanese law, the maximum usage time for the charter vehicle is 11 hours, so please be mindful not to exceed this limit. ・While a Japanese-speaking guide is included, please understand that specialized interpreting for business purposes is not available. ・If you do not require a Japanese guide, this will be considered a waiver of the guide fee, and no refunds will be issued. ・The Japanese-speaking guide will act as a sightseeing guide and can also provide specialized tours of the National Palace Museum. ・If you plan to bring a stroller or suitcase, please note this in the remarks section in advance. ・Children under 4 years old or weighing less than 18 kg must use a baby seat or child seat. The first seat is free, but subsequent seats will incur an additional charge of NT$500 each. Please notify us at the time of booking if you need a child seat, and mention it in the remarks section (payment in cash to the guide on-site). ・Pets are not allowed. ・Airport pickup sign service is available. ・Pickup locations are limited to Taipei/New Taipei City/Songshan Airport/Keelung Port. ・Transportation from restaurants or tourist spots in Taipei/New Taipei City other than hotels is also available. ・Travel liability insurance of NT$2 million plus medical insurance of NT$100,000, and travel accident insurance of NT$2 million plus medical insurance of NT$200,000 is included. Please provide necessary information when making your reservation. ・Please note that refunds for tour fees or any other expenses incurred due to changes, cancellations, or delays caused by natural disasters, including typhoons, war, or riots, are generally not possible. ・You can participate in tours on the same day you arrive in Taiwan.

Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers in both the front and rear seats. Please be aware that fines will be incurred for non-compliance, and the responsibility for payment lies with the passengers.

Highway tolls and parking fees are included in the fare. However, meal costs are to be paid by each customer individually.

For uses other than sightseeing, an additional 10% fee will apply (please provide this in cash to the guide on-site).
