● This activity requires a minimum of 2 participants to book.
● If the number of participants is less than 2, the tour may be canceled.
● Private vehicle: Sedan for 2 people, 9-passenger minivan for 3-6 people, and 20-passenger medium bus for 7-15 people.
● Child Requirements: Children under 4 years old or weighing less than 18 kg must use a child seat. One child seat will be provided free of charge; additional seats will incur a rental fee (NT$500 per seat).
● Guide: One Japanese-speaking guide (from Kaohsiung) will accompany the entire tour.
● When booking the tour, please provide your full name, date of birth, and passport number.
● The guide for the basic course will be arranged from Kaohsiung.
● Meals included in the tour may be served on large platters according to the number of participants. In Taiwan, it is common for dishes to be served this way, so we appreciate your understanding.
● Any additional orders or drinks will be charged separately.
● If you wish to leave the group, please inform the guide on the day of the tour and sign the separation form. As the departure is at your own convenience, there will be no change in the tour fee.
● Children under 2 years old will not be provided with meals or a seat.
● Please bring personal items such as water, an umbrella, medication, sunscreen, or cold-weather clothing depending on your needs.
● To ensure the quality of the tour and the rights of other participants, please do not bring pets with you on the tour.
● You will be covered by travel insurance with a coverage of NT$2,000,000 for travel liability and NT$200,000 for medical coverage, as well as NT$2,000,000 for accident insurance and NT$200,000 for medical coverage. Please provide the necessary details when making your reservation. The insurance cost is included in the price.

● The tour schedule may be subject to change or cancellation due to weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
● In the event of natural disasters, including typhoons, or other emergencies such as war, riots, or flight cancellations or delays preventing participation, refunds for tour fees or any other costs incurred will not be issued as a general rule. Please understand this in advance.
● Participation on the same day as your arrival in Taiwan is not accepted.
● Depending on the date of your reservation, responses for booking confirmations may be delayed until after weekends, public holidays in Taiwan, or the Lunar New Year period.
